Culture
While Sevierville is mostly known as a destination city, that doesn’t keep it from being an excellent place to call home. Roughly one third of the households in Sevierville are home to school age children. The Sevier Country Public School System services the city of Sevierville and is made up of 9 public schools for grades pre-K through 12. Sevierville is also home to 4 different private educational institutions. Satellite campuses for several community colleges and four year institutions are also located in the city. Sevierville is a fun and exciting place to live, and the culture of the city reflects that attitude in a way to make it enjoyable for families and people of all ages.

Sevierville is also home to a variety of museums to engage both residents and visitors including a Muscle Car Museum, a Hollywood Wax Museum and Tennessee’s Museum of Aviation, among others. For those that enjoy eating, Sevierville boasts a plethora of exciting eateries and restaurants. With the Great Smoky Mountains at your doorstep, residents of Sevierville have the unique opportunity to step out of their house and onto a trail within minutes and take in the beauty of the National Park.
